International Admissions Process

Start Here To Begin Your Entertainment Education At Metalworks Institute:

Step 1 – Application Part 1

Complete our online application to choose one of our 12 full-time Diploma Programs.

Step 2 – Interview

After submitting Application Part 1, you will be required to pay the International Application Fee of $100 CAD, at which time our International Admissions Counsellor will schedule your phone interview.

Step 3 – Get Accepted

You will then be notified within 3-5 business days regarding the status of your application. If you are accepted you will be sent a Letter of Acceptance and expected to immediately apply for your Canadian Study Permit.

Step 4 – Registration

Upon receiving your Canadian Study Permit you must register by the date determined on your Letter of Acceptance; otherwise your acceptance will expire. After a period of six (6) months, unsuccessful applicants can re-apply for admission, on a one time only basis.


Requirements:

Along with sincere enthusiasm, passion, and ambition to succeed in the entertainment industry, the following are also required:

– Applicants must submit an English language copy of their high school diploma/certificate as well as final high school transcripts prior to their interview.

– A qualifying English Language Proficiency test result (IELTS or TOEFL) must be submitted if English is not your first language.
